How it works
Step 1: Choose one of the coaching packages I provide. You can find full details on the coaching page, but below is a summary.

Step 2: Contact me using the form below.
Step 3: I’ll message you to discuss your goals, running history etc. When you’re ready to start, you’ll receive an invoice with the discount applied. You can pay by PayPal or bank transfer.
Step 4: Follow your personalised training plan (hosted on Training Peaks), provide feedback, and I’ll adjust it according to your performance and commitments.

All coaching packages come with a 14-day money back guarantee. So if you become sick, injured, or decide you don’t want coaching, just let me know and I’ll fully refund you within the first two weeks.
There’s also no upfront fees (seriously, why do some coaches charge an ‘admin’ fee for doing nothing?). There’s no minimum contract either. You can stay as long as you feel is necessary.
Discount for charity runners
I also offer a 10% discount for anyone who is running an event for charity. All you need to do is link me to your fundraising page. I’ll then reduce the monthly cost for the duration of your training for that race.
